Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy:

I Heart Denver Store can only offer full refunds for items returned within the same week they were purchased (within 7 days of the purchase date). Food items do not qualify for return, exchange, or a refund. After seven days from the purchase date, items are eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original sellable condition with their original tags and packaging and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Store credit never expires and can only be used at our Denver Pavilions I Heart Denver Store location. Store credit or exchange is preferred as we are a small locally owned business.

60 days after the purchase date, products are no longer eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND ON FOOD ITEMS. FOOD ITEM SALES ARE FINAL.
